We may monitor your use of the services and record any calls made to the Phosphor Contact Centre for training, financial control, quality control and regulatory purposes.

- expressly permitted by the UAE telecommunications regulations or any other aspect of the UAE regulatory framework;
- in response to legal process (e.g. police, emergency services, etc..) in order to comply with a court order or applicable law or in connection with judicial proceedings or other legal process.
- necessary for the execution of the agreement between us and the provision of our services to you;
- made in order to protect us or our customers’ legitimate interests;
- expressly permitted by you (express opt-in consent).
To be more specific, we may disclose your personal information to third parties if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal information in order to comply with any legal obligation or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Phosphor, our customers or others.
We may share your personal information with reputable credit reporting agencies for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
We may also share your personal information for emergency services, including your approximate location.
We may be required to disclose your personal information or legally intercept the services to comply with the laws of the UAE or the express instructions of a competent authority (such as the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) or where it is deemed necessary in the interests of public or national security.
In addition, we may share aggregated and/or anonymized (non-personally identifiable) information, derived from your personal information, publicly and with our partners such as publishers, advertisers, website owners etc.
Direct marketing
You agree that Phosphor MOM, and trusted third parties may, from time to time, contact you by phone call or other electronic means (e-mail, SMS, etc.) with information about products, services, promotions, and other means of marketing appropriate for you.
We respect your privacy. the messages from Phosphor MOM such as bill invoices and pay notification, service and information related communication, etc. are not subject to blocking.
Directory enquiries
Phosphor will include your contact details including your name or trading name, address and mobile phone number in a directory, which will make your details available through our directory enquiry services.
If you want your contact details to be updated or withheld from directory enquiry services, please contact us.
Links to other websites
Our websites may contain, from time to time, links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates, including online stores and service providers hosted within our website, which are operated by third party merchants. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. How long we retain your personal information for
Some of the personal information, which you give to Phosphor when subscribing for a service or product, will be retained for a reasonable period after termination of the subscription.
The periods for which we keep your information depend on the purpose for which your information was collected and the use to which it is put. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary or needed for our business purposes or for legal requirements, and then we delete it from our systems.
Accuracy and access to your information
You agree to provide us with accurate personal information at all times and you will notify us promptly upon any changes to your personal information. If you want to access any of your personal information you may contact us by mail or email. Upon verifying your details, we will, free of charge, disclose the relevant personal information we hold.
Username and password
Phosphor MOM may ask you to set up or provide you, from time to time, a username and password for access to our services. You acknowledge that any username or password used to verify your identity for access to the services is personal to you and should not be made available to any other person.
You should stop using your username and / or password and notify Phosphor immediately if you suspect that someone else may be using them.
Phosphor MOM will not be responsible for any loss you may suffer as a result of the misuse of your username or password.
Security and protection of your personal information
We do our best to protect your personal details and other information about your account and use measures to prevent any compromise of your personal information.
Changes to our Privacy Policy

كيف نستخدم معلوماتك الشخصية
نقوم بجمع واستخدام المعلومات الشخصية لمساعدتنا في إدارة حسابك:

ملفات الارتباط (الكوكيز)

يجوز لنا الكشف عن معلوماتك الشخصية على أساس عمليات محددة مسبقًا، إذا كان الكشف عن المعلومات:
- مسموحا به بموجب القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة؛
- مسموحا به صراحة وفقا للوائح التنظيمية أو أي سياسة تنظيمية أخرى في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة؛
- استجابةً لإجراءات قانونية (مثل إجراءات صادرة من طرف الشرطة أو خدمات الطوارئ، إلخ…) امتثالا لأمر صادر من المحكمة أو بموجب القانون المعمول به أو استجابة للإجراءات القضائية أو الإجراءات القانونية الأخرى.
- ضروريا لتنفيذ الاتفاق بيننا وتقديم خدماتنا لك؛
- من أجل حمايتنا أو مصالح عملائنا المشروعة؛
- سمح بها العميل صراحةً (بالاختيار الصريح بالموافقة).
ولنكون أكثر دقة، يجوز لنا الكشف عن معلوماتك الشخصية الى أطراف أخرى إذا كنا ملزمين بالافصاح او مشاركة معلوماتك الشخصية امتثالا لأي التزام قانوني أو لحماية حقوق أو ممتلكات، أو سلامة فوسفور لإدارة العمليات التسويقية وعملائنا او الاخرون.
قد نشارك معلوماتك وبياناتك الشخصية مع وكالات تقارير الائتمان حسنة السمعة لأغراض الحماية من الاحتيال والحد من مخاطر الائتمان.
قد نشارك معلوماتك الشخصية مع وكالات تقارير كما أنه يمكن مشاركة معلوماتك وبياناتك الشخصية لخدمات الطوارئ، والتي من ضمنها موقعك التقريبي.
قد نكون ملزمين بالكشف عن معلوماتك الشخصية أو نقوم باعتراض الخدمات بشكل قانوني امتثالا لقوانين الإمارات العربية المتحدة أو أية تعليمات صريحة صادرة من سلطة مختصة (مثل هيئة تنظيم الاتصالات) أو عندما يكون ذلك ضروريا للمصلحة العامة أو الأمن الوطني.
وإضافة الى ذلك، يجوز لنا مشاركة معلومات مجمعة و/أو مجهولة الاسم والهوية (بيانات غير محددة الهوية، مستمدة من معلوماتك الشخصية)، علنا ومع شركائنا مثل الناشرين وشركات الإعلان ومالكي مواقع الانترنت، وغيرهم.
التسويق المباشر
توافق على قيام فوسفور وشركائها التابعين والأطراف الأخرى الموثوق بهم، من وقت إلى آخر، بالاتصال بك عن طريق مكالمة هاتفية، أو عن طريق الوسائل الالكترونية الأخرى (البريد الالكتروني، رسائل قصيرة، الخ) لإطلاعك على معلومات حول السلع والخدمات والعروض الترويجية والتسويقية الأخرى المناسبة لك.
نحترم خصوصية عملائنا. الرسائل من فوسفور مثل الفواتير وإشعارات الدفع، والرسائل المتعلقة بالخدمات والمعلومات وما إلى ذلك لا تخضع للحجب.
استعلامات الدليل
ستُضَمِّن فوسفور بيانات الاتصال الخاصة بك بما في ذلك اسمك أو الاسم التجاري والعنوان ورقم الهاتف المحمول في استعلامات الدليل الذي سيجعل التفاصيل الخاصة بك، والتي ستجعل بياناتك متاحة ومتوفرة من خلال خدمات استعلامات الدليل لدينا.

تعتمد مدة احتفاظنا بمعلوماتك على الغرض الذي جمعت من أجله معلوماتك الشخصية وسبب استخدامها.
سنحتفظ بمعلوماتك الشخصية فقط طالما كانت ضرورية أو لازمة لأغراض تجارية أو متطلبات قانونية، ثم نحذفها بعد ذلك من أنظمتنا.

يجب عليك التوقف عن استخدام اسم المستخدم و/أو كلمة السر وإخطار فوسفور فورا إذا اشتبهت بأن شخصًا آخر يستخدمهما.
ولن تكون فوسفور مسؤولة عن أي خسارة قد تتعرض لها نتيجة لسوء استخدام اسم المستخدم أو كلمة السر.
أمن وحماية معلوماتك الشخصية
نبذل قصارى جهودنا لحماية بياناتنا الشخصية وغيرها من المعلومات المتعلقة بحسابك ونستخدم التدابير لمنع أي اختراق لمعلوماتك الشخصية.
